About the Drone

What is the flight time on a battery?

12 - 15 minutes per battery depending on weather and flight conditions.

What is the maximum range?

The drone itself can fly up to 100 meters in range. With the FPV, it will fly 40-50 meters, depending on location and interference of signal.

Is there a GPS or Follow Me function?

No. However, when the drone is nearing out of range, the controller will beep to notify you. You should then pilot your drone back to safety.

Where do I get replacement parts?

Replacement parts will be available for sale on our website.

How long does it take to charge the drone battery, and how long does a full charge last for? 

It takes 1 hour to charge the drone battery. This full charge will last for about 15 minutes of flying. 

How long does it take to charge the screen battery?

It takes 30 minutes for the screen battery to charge.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $150. Standard shipping is $8.

How long is standard shipping?

U.S. orders generally ship within 3-5 days, while international orders generally ship within 7-12 days. 

My order never arrived.

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, send us an email with your order number, and we'll help you out.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged.

Don't panic. Send us an email at hello@boltdrones.com, tell us your order number, and we'll help you out. We'd appreciate if you could provide photos of any damages to the product.  

I've had so much fun flying the drone, but the wind blew it away. I don't need a whole package. Can I buy a replacement drone by itself?

Sorry to hear! You can absolutely purchase a replacement drone. Please find all replaceable parts on our "Accessories" page. 

My FPV screen looks like it's all scratched up. What can you do about it?

We promise it's actually not scratched up at all. Please see the answer here. The screen comes with two screen protectors.
