Return Policy

Returns
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A refund will not be provided in the following cases:
• The refund was requested beyond 14 days of delivery.
• Product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, add-ons, and packaging.
• Product is not in new or same condition that the customer received it.
• Product is damaged or altered due to operation or improper installation by customer.
• Product has not been sent back to Bolt Drones within 14 days after refund confirmation from Bolt.

Exchanges
We will replace your product or part free of charge within 14 days of delivery if your product or part has a manufacturing defect. Please send us an email at hello@boltdrones.com.

For refunds and exchanges that do not pertain to manufacturing defects, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defects
User error, inability to operate, and performance expectations are NOT considered defects and therefore will not be valid reasons for refunds or exchanges.
